Pull Request Overview
This pull request (WIP) updates the build workflow by switching the release asset upload process from the GitHub Action (actions/upload-release-asset@v1) to direct GitHub CLI (gh) commands.
- Removed the extraction of the release URL for use in subsequent steps.
- Changed the upload steps for both the plugin and Windows installer assets to run custom shell commands using the GitHub CLI instead of the built-in action.
